SF Studio is a design and development studio based in Pakistan. This policy covers sfstudio.net and enquiries sent through this website. For privacy questions, contact info@sfstudio.net.

Information we receive

When you send a project brief, we receive your name, email address, message and any optional company, service, budget or timeline details you provide. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Our hosting and form providers may process technical information, such as your IP address, browser details, request time and requested page, to deliver and protect the website and filter spam. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information in an enquiry.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your project, respond to you, prepare a proposal and manage our conversation. Technical information helps operate the website, troubleshoot errors and prevent misuse. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, performing an agreed service, legitimate interests in communicating with you and securing the website, or meeting legal obligations, as applicable. Optional browser preferences are used only with your permission.

Who processes the information

Netlify hosts this website and processes contact-form submissions, including spam filtering. Notifications are sent to our studio email, provided through Hostinger. These providers process information to deliver their services, and it may be processed in countries other than your own.

Cookies & browser storage

This website does not currently run advertising pixels or analytics cookies. It uses browser storage for the preferences described below. You can use the website and send an enquiry whether you accept or reject optional preferences.

• Privacy choice: we store whether you allowed optional preferences, and when you chose. The site asks again after 180 days, or sooner if you clear your browser storage.
• Pricing currency: if you accept optional preferences, we remember your selected PKR or USD currency in this browser. Otherwise your selection lasts only on the current page. Rejecting optional preferences removes the saved currency.

Your choices apply to this browser and device. You can revisit them at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Retention & your choices

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and relevant follow-up. If a project proceeds, information needed for the work, accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes may be retained longer. Our service providers may retain technical logs and backups under their own policies.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information by emailing info@sfstudio.net. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to confirm your identity before responding. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.

We use appropriate measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
